Mama’s Fire is a small-batch Sichuan chilli crisp brand born from homesickness and my mum’s kitchen. After moving to the UK, I began recreating her secret recipe by hand, refining it batch by batch until it carried the warmth, crunch and soul of home.

Made with 100% natural, vegan ingredients and no shortcuts, our chilli crisps are bold, fruity and fragrant rather than just hot. Spoon it over sourdough, dumplings, rice bowls, roast potatoes or Sunday leftovers, or stir it into mayonnaise or Greek yoghurt for a fiery dip, dressing or marinade.
