Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)

Pressed from olives grown on our farm in Puglia, this is a fresh, vibrant oil with notes of artichoke, green almond and black pepper. It's beautifully balanced: green fruitiness first, then a gentle bitterness, and a peppery warmth that lingers at the finish. Use it for everyday cooking, or pour it generously over finished dishes (grilled vegetables, beans, soups, good bread) where its character can really come through. Certified DOP Collina di Brindisi, with a polyphenol count of 721 mg/kg.
