Trulli Ulivi produces extra virgin olive oil from olives harvested at Masseria Borzone in Ostuni, Puglia. Founded by Australian hospitality veterans Tony and Maureen Papas, it began with a vision to breathe new life into their centuries-old agricultural site and work hand-in-hand with local farmers to create an outstanding olive oil. The result is a product that is seasonal, distinctive and complex, with a smooth, peppery freshness that suits both cooking and drizzling over finished dishes.
