Acclaimed Edinburgh chef Roberta Hall-McCarron (The Little Chartroom, Eleanore) has launched Ardfern Provisions, a product range of sauces and pantry staples. Inspired by the flavours and home comforts of Roberta’s third restaurant - Ardfern (Michelin Bib Gourmand) - the range consists of three products, nori hot sauce, brown sauce & chicken skin chilli peanut crunch

Chicken skin, peanut chilli crunch ingredients (250g) :
Rapeseed oil, shallot, crispy chicken skin (11.6%), PEANUTS (7.9%). chilli flakes (6.6%), [Korean chilli flakes], Garlic, Soft light brown sugar, SESAME SEEDS, Salt, Yeast flakes, Vegan dash powder, Ginger, Black pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, Cumin

Brown Sauce Ingredients (240ml) :
Apples, Prunes, Onions, Balsamic Vinegar, Malt vinegar, GLUTEN, SULFITES, Nutmeg, Cayenne pepper, Salt, Caster sugar, Ground ginger.

Nori Hot Sauce Ingredients (240ml) :
Green chilli, Nori seaweed, Salt, Caster sugar, Rice vinegar, Xantham gum, SULFITES.

Refrigerate once opened and consume within 1 month.
