Wholewheat Rigatoni Pasta

Pasta Integrale is wholewheat pasta, here cut as classic ridged rigatoni. Our Capparelli Wholewheat Rigatoni is made with wholewheat flour, which gives it a nutty, wheaty flavour and a hearty, rustic bite, with more fibre than white pasta. The deep ridges and hollow centre hold on to robust sauces, so it works beautifully with slow-cooked ragu, sausage and greens, roasted vegetables, or a simple tomato and basil sauce. Cook in well-salted boiling water until al dente.
