Team Tartufi’s Caesar dressing is a rich, creamy take on the classic Caesar, designed to elevate everyday dishes with bold, savoury flavour. It has a garlicky, tangy profile with a smooth, indulgent texture.
It works perfectly tossed through crisp romaine for a traditional Caesar salad, but is also excellent drizzled over spatchcock chicken, roasted vegetables, or grilled meats. It can even be used as a dip for fries, wedges, or crudités.
