Trio Select EVOO 500ml

Our Trio Select extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is smooth and quietly confident, with subtle freshly cut vegetable notes and a clean, delicate finish. With very gentle bitterness and minimal pepperiness, this EVOO complements food rather than dominating it. In terms of flavour intensity, it’s the mildest in our collection. Soft, approachable, and ideal for lighter cooking. It’s a three olive variety EVOO made from Koroneiki, Frantoio and Leccino olives grown in Albania’s Berat region.
