Swiss Salad Sauce is a premium vinaigrette made from cold-pressed rapeseed oil and a unique blend of nine herbs. Originating from a family recipe hailing from 1980s Geneva, this dressing has grown from a homemade family staple to a bottled retail product, thanks to popular local demand!
The blend of oil, vinegars, mustard and herbs gives Original Vinaigrette a very distinctive flavour, with a balance of tangy, earthy and savoury notes.
Swiss Salad Sauce is best served shaken and drizzled over fresh salads, or as a dip for bread and raw vegetables.
