Bristol-based Easton Chilli makes small-batch handmade jams in distinctive and delicious flavours. This blend mixes the Korean fermented red pepper paste gochujang with scotch bonnet chillies. Additional birds’ eye chillies add a rich heat that pairs with the earthiness of the gochujang. Pairs well with barbecues and burgers.
