Sambal Gesek

A bold Malaysian sambal made in small batches in England using slow-cooked chillies, aromatics and spices, Sambal Gesek is traditionally 'smashed' to release its oils and create a rich, textured chilli paste with deep heat, smokiness and savoury depth.
