Made to Joana's grandmother's recipe from Accra, this rich tomato sauce is the perfect base for Jollof Rice or cook with it and serve alongside your favourite dishes. Slow-cooked for deep, authentic flavour, with nothing artificial added. This Tomato Sauce is ready to eat, serve it with some rice or pasta for an instant meal or use this sauce as a base for other sauces.
