In 2003, at just fifteen years old, Agnes Pilopaso took over her parents' small plot of cacao trees. Today, her farm is named Tupaghotua - meaning ‘stand tall’ - and has grown from 3 hectares to an incredible 46. Naturally sun-dried, organic, and meticulously crafted, these beans yield a wonderfully vibrant and expressive chocolate that beautifully honours Agnes’s dedication and legacy.
