Peach Compote | orange blossom | wildflower honey

Classic summer peach with delicate floral notes. A seasonal compote made by gently poaching Spanish yellow peaches with orange blossom and single-apiary raw British wildflower honey. Great with Greek yoghurt, ice cream, whipped cream or paired with soft cheeses such as stracciatella or burrata in summer salads. Our peaches are selected by East London greengrocer Bora & Son. Our honey comes from a Harrow-based beekeeper whose bees forage among woodland and wildflower meadows. Chef-made in East London.
