Gola Rainforest 78% Dark Chocolate Bar

The cocoa beans for this chocolate were grown under the canopy of Sierra Leone’s Gola Rainforest National Park. Various charities, including RSPB, have been working with local farmers to grow the cocoa in harmony with the park rather than drive deforestation. This bar is delightfully sweet for a 78% – it completely breaks the rules for dark chocolate! Tasting Notes: Bran flake, treacle and plummy notes with a brownie finish.
