Spiced Lemon Cordial

A zesty, aromatic and refreshing lemon cordial, with the addition of warming spices for depth of flavour and complexity. Try it served with sparkling water, ice and lemon peel or fresh mint for a thirst-quenching drink; use it as a base for a hot toddy; dilute with sparkling water then lager to make a cooling shandy; or use as a ‘sour mix’ base for any shaken cocktail, especially tequila-based cocktails.
