Bright, citrusy notes of bergamot deliver a refreshingly refined experience. Preparation tips: 12-15g/L, 95°C, 3-5min Its luminous golden infusion brings a touch of radiance to your morning and is just as delightful in the early afternoon. Steep for 3 minutes to preserve its crisp freshness, or for 5 minutes to draw out richer orange and bergamot notes, creating a fuller-bodied cup. Either way, it pairs beautifully with dairy or plant-based milk. Perfect alongside desserts and an ideal companion for brunch, this tea is also wonderfully versatile. Use it as a base for both sweet and savoury recipes, or to create flavourful mocktails/cocktails (with peaches, lime and agave sirop). Like all our teas, it can be cold-brewed for a refreshing iced tea in the warmer months.
