This bar pairs traditionally harvested sea salt from Cornwall's Lizard peninsula with a wonderfully fudgy milk chocolate from Ghana. Cocoa is a massive point of national pride in Ghana, yet little remains in the country for chocolate making. Through our direct relationship with Three Mountains Cocoa, we are proud to support Leslie’s ground breaking work in bringing independent communities together to farm sustainably, trade directly, and showcase the absolute pinnacle of Ghanaian cocoa.
