A botanical non-alcoholic aperitif made with Kent cherries, infused with wild fig leaf, vanilla, hibiscus and raw organic British apple cider vinegar. Tart cherry with green notes and a cream soda finish. Serve with sparkling water over ice. Or use it to make a cherry sangria with rosé, a seasonal spritz with fizz and soda, or a cherry collins with gin, lemon and soda.
