Bread & Butter Pickles

Bread & Butter Pickles are sweet and sour, savoury and incredibly moreish. Bread & Butter pickles are pickled cucumbers and onions in a spiced liquor. Here at The North Shop we've dialled back the sugar to give a real balance between the sweet and sour, and brought in the flavour with mustard seeds, coriander seeds, a hint of heat in the chilli flakes and turmeric. These go with everything, but particularly anything off the BBQ, rich meats and charcuterie. You'll find it hard to stop eating these. Really.
