Origin: Colombia, Brazil, Honduras Process: Washed & Natural Tasting Notes: Chocolate Fudge • Caramel • Berries Blueprint is our everyday coffee, and the one we reach for most. It's a blend of Colombian, Brazilian and Honduran beans, roasted to taste like chocolate fudge, caramel and a little berry sweetness. It's smooth and balanced, so it's lovely black and just as good with milk. No tasting-notes degree needed. If it makes your morning better, it's doing its job. How to brew: It works in pretty much anything. Filter, French press or AeroPress: 1g coffee to 16g water is a great starting point. Use water just off the boil. Espresso: 18g in, 36g out, about 25-30 seconds. Tweak the grind until it tastes right to you. Freshness & storage Our coffee is best enjoyed within 6 months of roasting. We aim to deliver every bag within 21 days of its roast date, so it arrives fresh with plenty of time to enjoy it. Once opened, reseal the bag and store it in a cool, dark place, such as a cupboard. Do not store in the fridge.
