A UK non-UPF Indian cooking sauce range — small-batch, plant-based and founder-made in Southampton. Born from the recipes of my father's West London Indian restaurants, ours are the sauces I couldn't find anywhere: real cooking that brings digestive comfort, not the heavy, unwell feeling of ultra-processed jars. Everything is made from fresh produce, with no powders, no pastes, no added sugar and nothing ultra-processed — a restaurant-quality shortcut for busy people who refuse to compromise on how they eat.

Four sauces, each built around fresh ingredients, olive oil and a secret family recipe - restaurant-quality in less than 20 minutes:
