Sparkling fermented tea, and beyond, Zak's Kombucha is pure, unpasteurised and alive, and powered by authentic kombucha fermentation, just as it should be! We give the most sustainable and outstanding ingredients a platform to shine from, using forest-friendly Oolong tea from Thailand, organic raw cane sugars and seasonal local produce, which is often harvested, foraged and gathered by us. We celebrate the underdog by using frequently overlooked, or ‘waste’ ingredients. Our seasonal flavours are normally brewed without tea, using just locally foraged or harvested single ingredients to spotlight them while offering a special caffeine-free kombucha option.
