I never wanted to make another Jerk Sauce. My vision was to help bring awareness and extend my rich Caribbean food cultural heritage (gastronomy and culinary) by creating something new to showcase that the Caribbean has a lot more to offer than 'Jerk'. This was when KAIJANBBEAN Sauce brand was created. This brand is a sauce range that is plant-based, handcrafted (small batches) sauces using only high-quality natural ingredients (no artificial chemical additives), new flavours, is naturally gluten-free. They're multi-purpose sauces that goes well with a variety of food. Moreover, they're not just sauces, they can also be used as a marinade and dip.
