Punk Jerky makes small-batch beef jerky using 100% grass-fed British beef, no nitrates, and flavours that are anything but boring.

Born in July 2024 from experiments in my mum’s kitchen, Punk Jerky is here to make jerky that isn't just a protein supplement, but a genuniely enjoyable snack. Our difference comes from using premium ingredients, a long marination processes, and a whacky approach to what can go in beef jerky- from Original, Thai Spicy and Hawaiian with actual pineapple pieces, to limited-edition specials like Blueberry + Garlic, pheasant, salmon and ostrich jerky.

This is jerky for people who want snacks with flavour, protein and a bit of personality. No bland gym-bag sadness. No artificial nonsense. Just great-tasting jerky made slowly, eaten quickly.
