Meliza’s is a premium UK food innovation brand pioneering plantain pasta, a new kind of pantry staple rooted in African heritage and reimagined for modern kitchens.

Founded by Moyo Ogunmiloro, the idea began at home. Inspired by learning to make pasta with her father, Moyo returned to it years later to solve her son’s eating challenges using plantain, the ingredient he loved most. What started as a personal solution became a breakthrough: plantain pasta.

Today, Meliza’s creates refined, shelf-stable products that bring together culture, nutrition, and innovation. Our range offers two distinct experiences; a gently sweet ripe plantain pasta and a more savoury & nutty unripe plantain pasta. Both designed for versatility, quality, and everyday ease.
