We grow camelina on our family farm in Scotland to make into a delicious and versatile cold pressed oil (and soon a bunch of other tasty things using, you guessed it, camelina).
"But I've never heard of camelina". Don't worry, neither had we. But really, there's nothing new about it. The Celts were already enjoying this nutrient rich oil plant back in the Bronze Age. And as it's high in Omega-3, has a high smoke point and a delicious fresh and nutty flavour, it seems they were on to something.
