Honestyolk Eggnog began behind our small chalet bar at London’s Southbank Christmas Market, where it was made entirely by hand and served fresh by the glass. It was a labour of love — eggs cracked one by one, carefully blended, and produced in small quantities with a great deal of care and attention.

When it came time to bottle it, the priority was to preserve our original handmade recipe and character as closely as possible. Scaling up meant adapting the process thoughtfully and deliberately, ensuring the eggnog could be enjoyed beyond the bar without losing what made it special in the first place.

Today, Honestyolk Eggnog is still produced in small batches using British, free‑range ingredients and milk from local dairy farms. It’s kept natural, unfussy, and close to its homemade roots — a carefully made version of a classic that’s just as good poured from a bottle as it ever was behind the bar.

Smooth and creamy, with a subtle sweetness, it’s best served over ice with a fresh grating of nutmeg.
