CRUST began as a food-writing substack, before Eliza (eggsand) Bacon's friends booked a church hall behind her back and forced her to run a Supper Club. Since then, she's hosted 5 sell-out supper clubs in venues includuing South London Louie and Peckham Cellars and run a taco stall. This September, Eggsand wanted to up her game and went to work at Inver, an award winning restaurant on the coast of Loch Fyne. This is her first Supper Club since her return, which will be inspired by all that she learnt.
