Chillis Galore is the UK's original chilli jam company, established in Norfolk in 1999 by a couple named Kathy and Richard who loved growing spicy chillis and turning them into delicious, spicy-sweet condiments. In 2025, through a series of sad but serendipitous events, Sonya and Max had the opportunity to take over the business from its original founders. Today, they continue to craft the award-winning, small-batch recipes and preserve the heritage that has made Chillis Galore beloved for over 25 years while modernising and giving fresh energy to the brand.

Chillis Galore focuses heavily on flavour and versatility, creating products that people reach for every day rather than simply chasing extreme heat. Our chilli jams, relishes and fruit-led hot sauces pair as perfectly with deli, charcuterie and cheeseboards as they do with bacon buttys and cheese toasties. We are proud to make everything in-house from start to finish.
