Baboo Brewing Co is a beer infusion brand on a mission to share the amazing flavours from around the world and share them through the universal language of beer.

Our first destination is India, born from a love of chai, Indian spices, CHAI-PA was born. A chai infused IPA inspired by the Baboo Ji and his legendary love of good flavour. We wanted to create something that felt familiar but completely new, taking the warmth, spice and comfort of chai and sharing it through a crisp, refreshing craft beer.

We’re here to make beer feel more joyful, creative and unexpected, blending global ingredients with craft beer to create drinks that spark curiosity, conversation and good taste. And we're just getting started.
