Japanese Matcha from the Shizuoka regions. Region known for producing one of the gentlest Matchas. Preparation Tips\nTraditional Preparation\n\n1) Preparing Matcha with Water\n\nAdd one level teaspoon of Matcha powder to a bowl, then pour in 100 ml of water at 60–70°C (140–160°F). To preserve Matcha’s benefits, never use boiling water—allow it to cool for about 10 minutes beforehand.\n\nWhisk thoroughly until smooth and lightly frothy, making sure there are no lumps. A small electric whisk works well as an alternative to a traditional bamboo chasen.\n\nAlways reseal the Matcha container tightly and store it in the refrigerator after each use.\n\n2) Matcha Latte\n\nFor a quick and easy option, froth one teaspoon of Matcha with 100 ml of milk (dairy or plant-based) using a milk frother. For a lighter version, dilute the milk (50 ml milk and 50 ml water).\n\nAlternatively, prepare your Matcha with water using the traditional method, then froth the milk separately and pour it in again, avoiding boiling liquids.\n\nOur Matcha is naturally low in bitterness and contains subtle natural sugars. If desired, you can add a little sugar or a few drops of agave syrup.\n\nThe finest Matcha comes from Japan. To fully enjoy its qualities, it is best to choose Japanese Matcha. While there is no official classification (such as an AOC), Matcha production is deeply rooted in Japanese culture. Although China the birthplace of Camellia sinensis produces many excellent organic green teas, no other country matches Japan’s expertise in Matcha cultivation and preparation.\n\nCeremonial-grade Matcha is made from the finest leaves of the first harvest. Lower grades use coarser leaves from later harvests, resulting in a more astringent and bitter taste.\n\nLower-grade Matcha can be used for cooking and is more affordable, but using ceremonial-grade Matcha will yield a more refined flavour.\n\nHigh-quality Matcha has a vibrant green colour. If it appears yellowish or khaki, it is either too old or made from lower-quality leaves.","brand":"Row \u0026 Ma Paris","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":43768593285210,"sku":"FO24096","price":32.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0652\/2899\/6698\/files\/fc793613-d3eb-479e-9a65-073573df96f4.png?v=1785491369","url":"https:\/\/www.delli.market\/products\/matcha-grade-1-ceremonial-grade","provider":"DELLI","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
