It’s got a light flavour, with hints of fresh peas and almonds, and a high smoke point of 246°C.\n\nWith all this goodness, we knew it deserved a comeback. So now we grow camelina without pesticides on our family farm in Scotland. Then it’s carefully cold pressed and bottled, to preserve all the goodness.
